I didn’t build Snüb in a boardroom.
I built it at my kitchen counter — with a jar of bubbling carrots, a fridge full of veggies, and a little girl who loved fermented snacks more than cookies (seriously).
I’m Jessica — mom, founder, flavor rebel, and someone who reads ingredient labels like a detective.
Like every parent, I just wanted to feed my kid something real. Something gut-loving. Something I wouldn’t have to second-guess.
But store shelves were full of fake promises in shiny packaging:
- “Natural” snacks loaded with sugar
- “Healthy” snacks packed with junk
- “Probiotic” products that didn’t do squat
So I said no thanks — and grabbed a cutting board.
